Refund policy


The return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days passed since your purchase, unfortunately a refund or exchange can’t be offered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are not eligible for returns/refunds:
- Custom Original Paintings (commissioned art)

Damage during delivery

If the package is damaged during delivery, you can either refuse the shipment or you can have delivery company mark the package as ‘received damaged’. Immediately report the damage during delivery by sending an email to [email protected] including photographic evidence of the damage to artwork and packaging and details of your actions.

Please take advantage of the "Route Package Protection", as it will cove the expense.


Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that you returned artwork has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges (Fine Art Prints only, not applicable for Original Paintings)

Only Fine Art prints can be replaced if they are defective or damaged or if you receive an item that does not correspond to your order. If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at [email protected] detailing the reasons for exchange (with photographic evidence).
